Banta (Various, US) go live on Estimating 3.0 in the Publication Group - a new version with rich functionality for Direct Mail and Contract Publication Estimating. This builds on the original deployment of MIS Console CRM (Customer Relationship Management) to replace salesforce.com in the Direct Marketing Group.
